Cancellation Policy
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee 20%.

We do not give refunds under any circumstance but will endeavourer to rectify any problems in this unlikely event.
Pictures and a face face consultation are required, we are not able to do anything without this.
We ask that you don't remove or redo anything as we will not be able to rectify anything without seeing you in person.
